S&P Global Ratings Raised Belarusbank's Credit Ratings

On November 16, 2023 S&P Global Ratings raised the long-term foreign currency rating of Belarusbank from "CC" to "CCC". The agency also affirmed the bank's short-term foreign currency rating at "C" and long-term and short-term national currency ratings at "CCC/C". The outlook on the ratings was also revised from "negative" to "stable".
