Slovak delegation visits Belarusbank HQ

The top managers of Belarusbank met with a delegation of the Slovak Republic in the bank’s head office. The Slovak party was represented by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of Belarus Josef Migas, Board Chairman and CEO of Eximbanka SR Monika Kohutova and representatives of Slovak companies.

“I’m pleased to note that our meetings are becoming regular. I hope they will result in the implementation of projects important for both parties. The history of our relationship with Eximbanka SR is longer than a decade. Our fruitful cooperation has resulted in 17 projects with insurance coverage provided by the Slovak bank in the spheres of manufacturing industry, agriculture, food industry. We hope to further expand the list of joint projects and contribute to the growth of trade turnover between our countries”, member of the upper chamber of the Belarusian parliament, Chairman of the Board of BElarusbank Viktar Ananich said in his opening speech.

During the meeting the parties discussed cooperation in the spheres of credit, investment and agriculture and agreed to prepare a pipeline of projects for the foreseeable future.
