Belarusbank and DZ Bank AG (Germany) concluded a framework agreement for strategic cooperation during Belarusbank’s conference that took place in Frankfurt am Main on December 3. The document was signed by First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Belarusbank Aliaksandr Paliuka and Head of the Structured Finance Division of DZ Bank AG Gottfried Finken.
In the framework of the memorandum of understanding the banks are going to explore promising areas of cooperation so as to facilitate the development of the economies of Belarus and Germany and promote trade and economic cooperation between the two states.
The document stipulates the enhancement of bilateral cooperation, exchange of opinions and experience, sharing of best practices in the areas of mutual interest, such as trade finance, corporate business, transaction banking and treasury operations.
