Belarusian Economy Day in Berlin has become a traditional forum of business circles of the two countries. This time the number of participants has almost reached two hundred, which is far above the preliminary estimations. The participants discussed the development of commercial and economic relations between Belarus and Germany with a special focus on the existing projects and the further prospects/ They also outlined the possibility of the expansion of bilateral cooperation. Belarusbank acted as the excusive sponsor of the forum.
One of the topics on the agenda of the forum focused on the prospects of bilateral cooperation in the banking sphere.
As a backbone of the national financial system, Belarusbank makes an immense contribution to the development and expansion of business contacts with German financial institutions, which facilitates system integration.

The further development of mutually beneficial relations is an integral part of the bank’s international business strategy.
Speaking about the results of the meeting in the German capital, Belarusbank Chairman of the Board Siarhei Pisaryk characterized the forum as a venue for fruitful discussions and efficient work. “Getting to know each other better, we form a reliable base for successful business cooperation and strengthen mutual understanding, respect and trust. Eventually that will help enhance the production potential of our countries and secure financial stability and sustainable economic growth”, Siarhei Pisaryk said.
Belarus-Germany Working Group on Trade and Investments, which met on the eve of the forum, also mentioned the positive development of bilateral cooperation.
