Belarusbank’s contribution to the development of the national football was highly appreciated during the “Star Ball 2014” ceremony. The best players award ceremony, which took place on December 13, 2014, symbolized the closure of the football season.
As formerly reported, in December 2013 Belarusbank and the Belarusian Football Federation signed a partnership agreement. According to the agreement, Belarusbank will keep the status of the general partner of the BFF for two years. The official name of the national football championship is as follows: “Belarusbank – Belarus Football Championship”.
BFF Chairman Sergey Rumas presented an honor plaquette to representatives of Belarusbank as a sign of deep appreciation.
Belarusbank’s support enabled the BFF for the first time in history of the national football to set up a prize fund for the winners of Belarus Football Championship in January 2014. During the award ceremony the winner team and the runners-up received money certificates.
Extending support to the national sport, Belarusbank acts as a socially responsible entity. The support is part of the program titled “Belarusbank. We will win together!”
