On July 27, 2011, by Decree n. 330 of the President of the Republic of Belarus Chairperson of the Board of Belarsubank Ermakova Nadezhda was appointed Chairperson of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus with further approval of her nomination by the Council of Republic of the National assembly of the Republic of Belarus.

Nadezhda Ermakova was granted upper class of public officer.
