Belarusbank new Partner on International Market of Tied Financing

 

dz_bank_196On August 6, 2010 Belarusbank concluded Credit Line Agreement with German DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank (DZ BANK).

 

This Agreement being an analogue of Basic Agreement allows concluding individual loan agreements on its basis for attracting short-term and long-term financing for the import of German equipment to Belarus. The Agreement stipulates all substantial basic principles of financing, which helps to shorten timing for consideration and concluding individual loan agreements.

 

Belarusbank actively develops its activity in the international capital market and diversifies cooperation in the international market by establishing business relations with new foreign institutions open for expansion of cooperation on the Belarusian market.

 

Overview: DZ BANK is the fifth largest bank in Germany and acts as a central bank for more then 1000 corporate banks. The bank presents at German and international banking markets more then 125 years and has wide network of representative offices, branches in Europe. America and Asia.

 

According to the bank's review as per December 31, 2009 the amount of its assets is EUR 388.5 bl, the amount of profit is EUR 5.5 bl
