How to receive a bank transfer

1. Notify the sender of the details for the transfer of funds to Belarusbank account
2. Contact the business unit of Belarusbank that makes SWIFT international bank transfers
3. Present the original identity document
4. The received funds can be paid out both in the transfer currency and in Belarusian rubles or in a currency other than the currency of the received transfer (if the beneficiary's passport details are indicated in the payment order) via the following transactions:
• purchase from a customer of non-cash foreign currency (received by transfer) for cash Belarusian rubles (with subsequent payment);
• purchase from a customer of non-cash foreign currency (received by transfer) for non-cash Belarusian rubles (with subsequent crediting to the account indicated by the individual);
• conversion (exchange) of non-cash foreign currency of one type (received by transfer) into cash foreign currency of another type (with subsequent payment);
• conversion (exchange) of non-cash foreign currency of one type (received by transfer) into cash foreign currency of another type (with subsequent crediting to the account indicated by the individual);

These transactions are carried out at the exchange rates applicable as at the time of such transactions.

Details for foreign currency transfers

To transfer funds to Belarusbank account with one of our correspondent banks the sender should know the following details:

1. Name of the bank: BELARUSBANK;
2. SWIFT code of the bank: AKBBBY2X;
3. Number of Belarusbank account with a correspondent bank (Table 1);
4. Beneficiary account number, name, beneficiary address, passport number (in the absence of account).
