Belarusbank and Mastercard payment system have concluded a long-term cooperation agreement. In the framework of the agreement the bank in association with the payment system is planning to arrange a series of events aimed at the development of its card business, expansion of the digital sphere, promotion of card products issued on the basis of Mastercard payment system. The parties are also planning to organize a number of joint marketing initiatives.
The signing ceremony took place in the headquarters of the Belarusian bank in Minsk. The payment system was represented by Nina Willems, head of MasterCard in Kazakhstan, Belarus and Armenia. On behalf of the bank the agreement was signed by Deputy
Belarusbank and Mastercard have a long history of partnership. The bank’s card product line contains a wide range of Mastercard products, including international cards Mastercard Standard, Mastercard Gold, as well as products issued in the framework the bank’s loyalty Clubs, such as Carte Blanche, Shchodry, Barkhat, Persona and Magnit Installment Card.
