Belarusbank’s Contact Center became the first one of the contact centers in Belarus to receive ISO18295-1:2017 certificate.
The certificate was granted to the Contact Center following a positive report based on supervisory audit that was carried out by international call center certification institute Austrian Standard Plus. It will remain valid will June 22, 2022. Belarusbank’s Contact Center is the one and only call center in Belarus to obtain ISO18295, which testifies to its high-quality performance and well-arranged business processes.
The new international certificate that is recognized in more than 160 countries proves the high quality of services provided by the bank’s Contact Center, its high status and valuable contribution to the realization of plans and objectives of Belarusbank.
