Representatives of Belarusbank took part in the annual economic forum “Polish Economy Day in Belarus” which took place in Minsk on November 25, 2015.
The bank has a big experience of financing joint Belarus-Poland projects, and it treats the forum as a platform for presentation of goods and services, as well as an opportunity to glance at the prospects of the further business contacts with the Western neighbor. Belarusbank brought an equivalent of over $200 million of Polish facilities under KUKE’s insurance to the Belarusian economy. The landmark projects that were implemented with Belarusbank’s credit support include the construction of 4-star hotel Victorian in Minsk, the construction of a raw-smoking and raw-curing unit on the premises of Grodno Meat-Packing Plant and the construction of a highly refined paraffin wax unit at the Fossil Wax Plant (still in progress).
