The building is located on a 0,2129 ha land plot, pursuant to Government Act № 214 dated 18.02.1998, provided for permanent use to Belarusbank and the Partnership for Maintenance of Dwelling House № 6 located at Telman str. The initial value of the lot is BYR 1 160 816 413 (including VAT of 18 %). The minimum step of the auction is 5 %.
The tender in the form of an open auction will take place at 11.00 on 15 August 2008 at 6a Frunze str., Gomel. The condition of the premises may be inspected at 6 Telman str., Gomel. The bids are admitted by Branch № 300 – Gomel Regional Office of Belarusbank until 13.00 on 12 August 2008 at 2460016, Frunze str., Gomel, with an envelope marked: “Auction, 6 Telman str.” Terms of payment – lump sum payment.
To participate in the auction, legal entities residing in the Republic of Belarus are to submit an auction application, power of attorney of a legal entity’s representative (except when the legal entity is represented by its manager), notarized copies of constitutional documents and certificates of state registration.
A contract of sale shall be signed by the parties within 10 business days from signing a certificate of auction results.
