More then 100 representatives of Polish and European banks such as Hypo- und Vereinsbank, Bayerische Landesbank (Germany), BRE Bank S.A., Citibank Handlowy S.A. (Poland), and European and Belarusian companies such as Wiedemann Polska, BUDIMEX (Poland), RUE Belaruskalij, RUE BMZ (Belarus) took part in the conference.
Dr. Vladimir Novik, Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Belarusbank and Mr. Andrzej Wolski, General Director of The Association Of Polish Banks opened the conference.
In the frame of the conference Belarusbank conducted a presentation which included information about economic development of the Republic of Belarus, Belarusian banking system, the bank’s strategy on the international market and new ways of cooperation with foreign financial institutions.
After the presentation the participants discussed opportunities of establishing new and expansion of existent relations between Belarusian and European business communities.
During the conference companies had opportunities to discuss the details of concluding and financing export-import contracts.
