In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2005 Nr.257 “On affiliation of MinskComplexBank, CJSC JSB with Belarusbank, JSSB and on specification of particular budget indices of the Republic of Belarus for the year 2005” stockholders meeting of Belarusbank, which took place on 21 of June, 2005, made a decision on affiliation of MinskComplexBank, CJSC JSB to Belarusbank, JSSB.
