The President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko approved the appointment of Sergey Rumas, the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Belarusbank to the position of the Chairman of the Board of Belagroprombank.

The President set for the new Chairman the aim to put the bank to the level of the top banks of the country. Alexander Lukashenko underlined, that Belagroprombank is a very complex and problem bank, but the State has always supported it and indents to give its support in future.

Altogether, the banking system of Belarus copes well with its functions, the President said.
