Belarusbank delegation headed by Chairman of the Board Viktar Ananich is taking part in the meeting of the Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Interbank Consortium (SCO INC) and other SCO events in Astana (Kazakhstan).
In addition to the meeting of the Council of the SCO IBC, on June 8, 2017 Astana hosted a joint forum of the SCO Interbank Consortium and the SCO Business Council.
The forum resulted in a number of documents, including the Memorandum of Understanding on export finance between Belarusbank and the Development Bank of Kazakhstan.
The Memorandum stipulates the establishment of strategic partnership and the development of efficient long-term cooperation. The ultimate goal of the document is a practical finance mechanism for the reciprocal deliveries of goods, works and services.
The Memorandum was signed by Head of Belarusbank Viktar Ananich and Chairman of the Board of the Development bank of Kazakhstan Bolat Zhamishev.
