The Banker declares Belarusbank the Bank of the year 2006 in Belarus (press-release)

The well-known economic edition The Banker, members of Financial Times Group, awarded Belarusbank with the Bank of the year 2006 in Belarus. The award was given to Vladimir Novik, Deputy Chairperson of JSSB Belarusbank, during the ceremony in London (United Kingdom).


The Banker gives the Bank of the year award in various nominations in different regions and countries. This award is deemed to be one of the most prestigious awards in business circles indicating stable activity of the bank. The award criterion includes the financial performance of the bank as well as the development and implementation of advanced technology, strategic goals fulfillment, international market activity progress.
