Deputy chairperson of the Board Mr.V. Novik paid working visit to Germany (Frankfurt am Main) on June 6 – 7, 2006 as a result of which a package of loan agreements with a syndicate of German banks AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH, Commerzbank AG has been signed.
Under the signed agreements Belarusbank will provide long-term loans for modernization and reconstruction of the scientific and production amalgamation “Integral” enabling the latter to switch to the cutting edge level of modern semiconductor device production.
For Belarusbank the loan agreements have been signed by V.Novik, for the German banks signed R.Eggert, managing director of AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH, A.Heitzig, head of corporate banking of Commerzbank AG.
