Dear branch customers, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs!

The system "Client-Bank" allows you without visiting the branch (via providing documents on-line with the digital signature) to make a wide range of the transaction with foreign currency such as:

1.Mandatory sale of the foreign currency at the auctions of JSC "Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange".

You can provide to the brunch all the necessary documents in electronic form, i.e.:

  • - Order and register of allocation of foreign currency;
  • - Payment order for the foreign currency amount to be sold at JSC "Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange" due to mandatory sale (the payment order for the transfer with the sale of the foreign currency to the brunch due to mandatory sale if such amount of the foreign currency is less than a minimum amount of a lot, set at the JSC "Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange");
  • - Payment order for the transfer of the foreign currency from a transit account to the customer's account to which the transit account is opened, for the amount left after the mandatory sale.

2.Currency exchange transactions (purchase/sale) at the auctions of JSC "Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange".

  • - Foreign currency purchase application;
  • - Foreign currency sale application;
  • - Notification of the changes in the purpose of use of the purchased foreign currency.

3.Currency exchange transactions (purchase/sale, conversion) at  the off-exchange market:

  • - Foreign currency purchase application;
  • - Payment order for the transfer with the purchase of the foreign currency;
  • - Payment order for the transfer with the sale (conversion) of the foreign currency;
  • - Notification of the changes in the purpose of use of the purchased foreign currency.

 

4.Registration of the deal's passport:

  • - Deal's passport;
  • - Annex to the deal's passport and the foreign trade transactions.

It allows you to have a remote access mode to the bank (without leaving home, office or any other places where there is a possibility to connect the computer to telephone line). Electronic means of communication will enable you to contact us from any place of the Republic of Belarus, no matter how far away you are.

 

The electronic banking services, provided via the system "Client-Bank" allow you to do the following activities:

1.      Settlements in Belarusian rubles and foreign currency on the remote access mode, including:

  • implementation of payments via payment orders, requests, request-orders, checks, letters of credit;
  • Availability of the current information about the implementation of the execution orders and the state of the current accounts at any time;
  • Receipt of the account statements;
  • Archiving payment documents which were provided to the bank;
  • Obtaining operational data about the card status "The payment documents, which are not paid in time", "The payment documents, awaiting acceptance for payment";
  • Composing documentation which is necessary for conducting the payments (a letter of credit application, an acceptance application/refusal to accept payment orders, a register of applications for acceptance/refusal to accept, an application for the bank cheque drawing, a request to pay the cheque, etc.);

2.  Providing to the bank about 40 forms of applications, including the applications for:

  • purchase/sale of the foreign currency outside the exchange market;
  • purchase/sale of the currency at Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange;
  • foreign currency conversion;
  • cash order;
  • limit setting of cash balance;
  • credit line, leasing, etc.

3.        The possibility of transfer and negotiating the contracts with the bank on various activities, regular correspondence with the bank.
